I am a Technical Director at Busara Center for Behavioral Economics leading a dedicated team of qualitative researchers within the Technical Vertical arm at Busara. My passion lies in understanding how people make health decisions, and I have over five years of experience in designing end-to-end research studies, managing research projects, and designing behavior change interventions. My work experience spans a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from; maternal health, sexual and reproductive health and rights, financial inclusion, and social protection across multiple countries in Africa and beyond. I have also contributed to the thought leadership and positioning of the qualitative research at Busara, through internal and external initiatives such as; conference presentations, and engagements with clients and funders. My mission is to enhance the rigor of qualitative research and apply social and behavior change communications in addressing complex socio-cultural and economic challenges.
